Catalina offers a Dental PPO plan, administered by Delta Dental effective January 1, 2026. The plan covers in-network preventive care services at 100% and pays benefits for basic care, major care and orthodontia after you meet your annual deductible. To receive a richer benefit, the use of in-network doctors when receiving services are suggested. To search for in-network dentists, please use Delta Dental's website.
